REAL ESTATE SUPPORT 
This is a local service designed to support the specific photographic and graphic needs of real estate agents, agencies, private individuals, and contractors.
The service is a “personalized” service in which products created are specifically designed and produced for the property being listed.
The service is “local” in that we seek clients on a “one on one” basis through direct contact at the local level.
Our staff is assigned specifically to a given project. As your needs grow, additional staff will be assigned in order to maintain a high level of support. This approach seeks to ensure the necessary level of support is provided when it is needed and allow for rapid creation of the requested products.
Utilizing us in this manner is like having a dedicated
photographer and graphic person in your office!
Products are produced with the latest digital photography and computer systems to ensure excellent quality and rapid creation. If printing services are requested, we provide laser quality printing (up to 50 copies at a time) to reduce printing cost and reduce turnaround time.
Masters of photographs, slide shows, flyer/brochures for the subject property are provided at no additional cost. This allows the agent or agency, at their discretion, to create copies, send photographs and/or slide shows to listing services, place on web sites or even send to prospective buyers.
We provide individual services on a fee/quantity basis. This allows the agent or agency to choose one or more of the services based on individual need.
Service categories are as follows:
o Photographing of the listing subject
(interior and exterior features)
o Computerized editing of each photograph to ensure
clarity
o Scanning if photos are provided but not on media
o Creation of a photo CD or Floppy Diskette
o Creation of a CD/DVD slide show of the listing
subject
o Ad, Flyer and Brochure (and more) design and
creation (Our templates or Custom)
o Design and layout of ads for publications
o Printing/Duplication
o Color Laser and/or Black & White available
o Small quantity, rapid turnaround
o Large quantity requests are outsourced
